The 2nd Congressional Seat in West Virginia represents 18 counties. Virginia Lynch Graf kicked off her campaign in her home County by announcing her candidacy at the Jefferson County Court House. Since then, she has announced at the Court Houses in Morgan, Berkely, Kanawha, Putnam, Mason, Jackson, Roane, Wirt, Calhoun, Lewis and Upshur. She will continue making the announcement until she has visited all 18 counties. The point of these initial visits - to announce to every voter in every county, that they are important, and she will represent every citizen to the best of her ability.
